On September 17, 2014 the United States Court of Appeals will be celebrating Constitution Day and National Citizenship Day by hosting a Naturalization Ceremony for 80 immigrants at the historic Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse in downtown Manhattan.  Please click below for the Press Release.
