The revised Loss Mitigation Program Procedures for the Northern District of New York Bankruptcy Court take effect TODAY, Tuesday, March 15, 2016. In addition, the loss mitigation forms are new or have been updated in connection with the revised Procedures. Beginning TODAY, March 15, 2016, the new and revised forms should be used in all pending and new loss mitigation matters.
