On April 1, 2019, automatic adjustments to the dollar amounts stated in various provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, one provision in Title 28, three Local Forms, seven Official Forms and two Director's Forms will go into effect.

The adjustments will apply to cases filed on and after April 1, 2019. A chart showing the current and adjusted dollar amounts of the affected sections of 28 U.S.C. and the Bankruptcy Code may be accessed below.

The revised Local Forms are:　

• Chapter 11 Debtor(s) Certifications Regarding Domestic Support Obligations, Financial Management Certificate, Discharge Eligibility and Applicability of Section 522(q);
• Chapter 12 Debtor(s) Certifications Regarding Domestic Support Obligations and Sections 522(q) and 1228; and
• Chapter 13 Debtor(s) Certifications Regarding Domestic Support Obligations and Sections 522(q) and 1328
