Participants In Electronic Case Filing System, By Receiving A Login And Password From The Court Agree That Notice And Service By Electronic Means Constitutes Proper Service.

Thus, As Of January 1, 2004, The Court Will No Longer Provide Duplicate Originals Of Orders For Registered Users.
