The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in observance of the federal holiday.  In addition, the court will be closed on Monday, July 3, 2023, pursuant to Administrative Order 23-01.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closures.
