Hybrid Hearings Effective September 5, 2023

On September 5, 2023, the Court will move from telephonic to hybrid hearings in all divisions unless otherwise ordered.  Please see specific instructions for each Judge below.

Appearances before Chief Judge Kinsella in all cases and adversary proceedings

Trials and Evidentiary Hearings will be conducted in-person at the James M. Hanley U.S. Courthouse, Syracuse, New York. 

Effective September 5, 2023, parties may appear in-person at the James M. Hanley U.S. Courthouse or by telephone for motion and confirmation hearings in all chapters, unless otherwise ordered.

The notice of hearing for matters assigned to Chief Judge Kinsella must indicate that the hearing will be held in-person at the James M. Hanley U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 100 South Clinton Street, Syracuse, New York, and advise recipients that appearances may be made in-person at the courthouse OR by telephone via call-in number: 888-398-2342; and access code: 3187406#.

Appearances before Judge Radel in all cases and adversary proceedings

Trials and Evidentiary Hearings will be conducted in-person at the Alexander Pirnie U.S. Courthouse, Utica, New York. 

Effective September 5, 2023, parties may appear in-person at the Alexander Pirnie U.S. Courthouse or by telephone for motion and confirmation hearings in all chapters, unless otherwise ordered.

The notice of hearing for matters assigned to Judge Radel must indicate that the hearing will be held at Alexander Pirnie U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 10 Broad Street, Utica, New York, and advise recipients that appearances may be made in-person at the courthouse OR by telephone via call-in number: 877-411-9748; and access code: 3229032#.

Appearances before Judge Littlefield in all cases and adversary proceedings

Trials and Evidentiary Hearings will be conducted in-person at the James T. Foley U.S.  Courthouse, Albany, New York. 

Effective September 5, 2023, parties may appear in-person at the James T. Foley U.S. Courthouse or by telephone for motion and confirmation hearings in all chapters, unless otherwise ordered.

The notice of hearing for matters assigned to Judge Littlefield must indicate that the hearing will be held at the James T. Foley U.S. Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, New York, and advise recipients that appearances may be made in-person at the courthouse OR by telephone via call-in number: 877-402-9753; and access code: 4954900#.
