The Utica Court has not changed its procedure regarding wage orders in Chapter 13 cases. The Chapter 13 Trustee will continue to prepare the wage order and submit to Court.

The Court refers you to Local Rule 9021-1(a)(b) regarding the timely submission of proposed orders. If your proposed orders are not timely submitted to the Court, your motion will be marked off the Court's docket.
