Notice of Change to CM/ECF event code "Amended Plan"

The NDNY Bankruptcy Clerk's Office has changed the CM/ECF event code "Amended Plan" to "Amended/Modified Plan."  This new event is available in chapter 11,12 and 13 cases and distinguishes between a pre-confirmation and post-confirmation modification.  The new filings paths are:

  • Bankruptcy > Plan > Amended/Modified Plan
  • Bankruptcy > Plan > Amended/Modified Chapter 11 Small Business Plan
  • Bankruptcy > Plan > Amended/Modified Chapter 11 Small Business Subchapter V Plan
  • Bankruptcy > Plan > Amended/Modified Chapter 12 Plan
  • Bankruptcy > Plan > Amended/Modified Chapter 13 Plan
