The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020, in observance of the federal holidays.  The court will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 31, 2019 pursuant to Administrative Order 19-05 and Administrative Order 19-06.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closures.  If you have a matter that requires immediate attention, please contact an Operations Supervisor at (315) 295-1636.
