The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2020, and Friday, January 1, 2021 in observance of the federal holidays.  The court will be closed on Thursday, December 24, and Thursday, December 31, 2020 pursuant to Administrative Order 20-10.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closures.  Courthouse lobbies will be open and the drop boxes available for filing on December 24 and December 31.
