The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 to commemorate the national day of mourning for our 41st President, George H.W. Bush.

Please note, however, that the Utica Division of the court will remain open for the Herb Philipson's Army and Navy Stores Inc. matters (chapter 11 case # 18-61376) scheduled for Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in Utica.
