On November 18, 2020 Chief Judge Cangilos-Ruiz signed Administrative Order 20-11 adopting revised Local Bankruptcy Rules 2014-2, 2016-2 and 3015-1 ("Revised Bankruptcy Rules").  Additionally, technical revisions were made to Local Bankruptcy Rules 2002-1, 5007-2, 9004-1 and 9013-1 ("Technical Revisions").  The Revised Bankruptcy Rules and Technical Revisions are effective December 1, 2020, and may be accessed by following this link:
