Stapling of Proposed Orders to Chamber's Copy of Motion

Thursday, October 21, 2004

Please Note:

Do not staple a proposed order to your ECF Chambers copy of a Motion.

If the proposed order Is stapled to the document, the Clerk’S Office considers them as part of the motion and they are not sent to Chambers for consideration. You can submit your proposed order at the same time as your ECF chambers copy of the motion, but the proposed order must be separate from the motion. Also, do not stamp your proposed order “ECF Chambers Copy.” The Court will not consider a proposed order marked as such. It is not necessary to submit your proposed orders in backers and if the proposed order has more than one page do not staple it together.

Thank You for your cooperation.
