Submission of Proposed Orders Pursuant to Local Rule 9021-1(a)

Tuesday, January 3, 2006

Pursuant to Local Rule 9021-1(a) you are required to submit your proposed orders to the Court no later than 30 days from the disposition of your motion. Pursuant to Local Rule 9021-1(b), failure to comply with subsection (a) of this rule is cause for the Court to vacate any oral order and deny the relief requested. The Court has been sending out 15 day reminders to attorneys regarding the submission of proposed orders.

As of January 3, 2006, the Court will no longer send out reminders requesting the submission of proposed orders within the 30 day time period. If your proposed order is not received 30 days from the disposition of your motion, the Court will consider marking your motion off the docket.
