Effective immediately, all motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss adversary proceedings shall be set by the court.

CM/ECF now has a message included in both motion events to remind the external user to not file a Notice of Motion.

The message reads as listed below: “CONTACT THE COURTROOM DEPUTY, CAROLYN BEHM, (315-295-1682) REGARDING THE SCHEDULING OF THIS MOTION. NO NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING THIS MOTION SHOULD BE FILED EXCEPT UPON FIRST RECEIVING FURTHER DIRECTION FROM THE COURT.”
