NOTICE

Due to the ever increasing number of motions being heard by the Court, effective November 1, 2001, the Court will enforce strict compliance with Local Rule 9013-1(f), Adjournments. Adherence to this Local Rule will prevent the Court from having to review motions needlessly. It is recognized that in some instances the 3 day time limit may not be able to be complied with for good cause. Those instances will be considered on a motion by motion basis. As in the past, all adjournment requests must be directed to Fred Grimaldi, Courtroom Services Manager at (315) 793-8101 ext. 147.
