ORDER

On behalf of the district court judges of the Northern District of New York and under the authority of Rule 9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following Local Bankruptcy Rules are adopted by the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. These Rules shall take effect January 1, 1998.
