Unless otherwise
ordered by the court, the clerk shall not be required to render any service
for which a fee is prescribed, either by statute or by the Judicial Conference
of the United States, including the acceptance of a document for filing,
unless the fee for that service is paid in advance, or an order is granted
pursuant to FRBP 1006(b)(1) to pay the filing fee for a voluntary petition
by an individual in installments.

Filing fees for the commencement of a case under the respective chapters of the Bankruptcy Code are set forth in 28 U.S.C. 1930(a). Filing fees for the commencement of an adversary proceeding are authorized by 28 U.S.C. 1930(b) and set forth in the Judicial Conference Schedule of Fees.
In this district,
petitioners are not allowed to proceed in forma pauperis when filing bankruptcy
petitions. 28 U.S.C. 1930(a).
