In all cases filed under chapter 7, chapter 12 or chapter 13, an original and four copies of the lists, schedules and statements and amendments thereto shall be filed. In cases filed under chapter 9 or chapter 11 of the Code, an original and six copies of the petition, lists, schedules, statements and amendments thereto shall be filed.
