A consent to an involuntary petition filed against a corporation, limited liability company or limited liability partnership shall be accompanied by a copy of the corporate resolution or other appropriate authorization, duly attested to, authorizing such consent. A consent to an involuntary petition filed against a partnership shall be accompanied by appropriate authorization, duly attested to by all general partners, authorizing such consent.
