Rule 5005-2.     Filing Papers - Number of Copies

          (a)     Conformed Copies. All proposed orders or judgments for entry shall be filed in duplicate except when such additional copies are required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9022-1(a). If the filing party desires a conformed copy, the papers should be accompanied by a postage paid self-addressed envelope.

          (b)     Noncompliance. Failure to comply with subsection (a) of this rule is cause for the court to vacate its oral order and deny the relief requested.

          Refer to the following Local Bankruptcy Rules for the required number of copies to be filed with the original papers:

          Rule 1002-1 (Petition - General);

          Rule 1003-1 (Involuntary Petitions [Filing Requirements]);

          Rule 1007-1 (Lists, Schedules & Statements);

          Rule 1009-1 (Amendments to Lists, Schedules & Statements);

          Rule 1019-1 (Conversions);

          Rule 2014-1 (Employment of Professionals); and

          Rule 2015-2 (Debtor In Possession Duties - Chapter 11 Affidavit).

          Whenever a filing party desires the return of a conformed or time-stamped copy of a document, an additional copy of such document together with a postage paid self-addressed envelope must be provided.
