Rule 9070-1.     Exhibits

          (a)     Marking. In an adversary proceeding or a contested matter, counsel for the respective parties shall, to the maximum extent possible, stipulate as to the admissibility of exhibits and present exhibits to the courtroom deputy for marking prior to the trial or evidentiary hearing in accordance with the court's scheduling order.

          (b)     Retention and Return. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, exhibits shall be retained by the clerk. Following decision or verdict and upon expiration of the time allowed for appeal, or following any appeal, exhibits shall be returned to the party who presented them.
