The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the Northern District of New York for meetings being held on or after December 1, 2023.

All attorneys and staff are invited to join the U.S. Trustee's information session scheduled for Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. The information session will be conducted by Teams, is open to everyone, and will cover a variety of topics including:

• Connecting to a Zoom Meeting
• Participating in a Zoom Meeting
• Requirements for Verifying Debtors' ID; and more.

Please RSVP by emailing your name, email address, and session you will be attending, along with the name, email address, and session date for each additional person attending, to ustp.341region02@usdoj.gov no later than September  29, 2023. The U.S. Trustee will follow up with further instructions.
