Clarification Regarding Matters Noticed for the May 14, 2009 Syracuse Calendar

1. Final Meetings will remain on the calendar.
2. Properly noticed “default” motions to which there are not timely objections will proceed as noticed and orders may be submitted for entry.
3. “Default” motions to which objections are timely filed will be adjourned by the court via a cm/ecf notice and heard on May 28, 2009.
4. All other motions will be adjourned by the court via a cm/ecf notice and heard on May 28, 2009.
