Public and Media Attendance at Hearings: The courtroom is open to the public including media, who may attend any hearing in person. The Judicial Conference of the United States has approved a change to its broadcast policy that expands the public's access to bankruptcy proceedings. The revised policy permits judges presiding over bankruptcy cases to provide the public, including members of the media, with remote audio-only access to proceedings that do not involve witness testimony. More information on the Judicial Conference's revised policy can be found on the US Courts website.

Any member of the public, including members of the media, wishing to obtain audio-only remote access to proceedings that do not involve witness testimony must register by 3:00 PM one business day before the hearing. To register from the Interactive Public Calendar see written and video instructions below. A link to join the hearing will be sent to registered public attendees.
