Instructions for Registering for a Video Appearance via Teams
 

1. Go to www.nynb.uscourts.gov > Judges' Information > Court/341 Hearing Calendars or https://ecf.nynb.uscourts.gov/ipc.html.
    
2.  Click on the hearing date.

3. Click on hearing time/presiding judge tab.

4. Click on registration "Link" in the event. Note: If in a web browser, you must right click the "Link" and open in a new tab or window.
    
5. Click “Register.” 

Note:  If you have multiple matters on a calendar, you need only register once.  You should not register for each individual hearing.

Note:  Members of the press and public (non-parties) may only appear by audio. 
 

6. Complete the Registration Form and click Register once again. Upon registration you will receive an email for the event with a "Join event" button. This “Join event” button will join you to the hearing via Microsoft Teams.  

Note:  If you intend to join from a phone or tablet, it is recommended to download the Microsoft Teams Application prior to joining the event.
