Bankruptcy Paralegal Program

The Utica Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court is pleased to offer a program for bankruptcy paralegals, legal assistants and paralegal students. The program will include discussions on: The Top Ten Most Common Electronic Filing Deficiencies, Motion Practice, E- Order Filing, service of process, Chapter 13 model plan and related topics.
