The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in observance of the National Day of Mourning for our 39th President, James E. Carter, Jr. The Court’s electronic filing system and PACER access will remain available during this time. Motions scheduled for that day will be adjourned.
All matters currently scheduled for January 9, 2025, before Judge Robert E. Littlefield, Jr. in Albany will be adjourned to the same time on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
