The Loss Mitigation Procedures for the NDNY have been revised to clarify the process for participation in the Loss Mitigation Program when a motion to terminate the automatic stay has been granted as to the subject real property.  The revisions to Part V (A) and (B) provide for uniformity in practice across the divisions.
