Beginning in August 2023, Utica hearing dates will no longer be organized by counties (Northern Tier and Southern Tier) and instead will be organized by bankruptcy chapters consistent with the setting of hearing dates in the Syracuse and Albany divisions.  Additionally,

• on the Chapter 12/13 calendar dates, motions will be heard at 10:00 A.M., and confirmation hearings will be heard at 11:30 A.M., and
• on the Chapter 7/11 calendar dates, Chapter 7 motions will be heard at 10:00 A.M., and Chapter 11 motions will be heard at 11:30 A.M.
