Planned maintenance on the National Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Operating System is scheduled for Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.  During this time, PACER users and Next Generation (NextGen) CM/ECF e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging in, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
