The Judiciary's National Support Desk is reporting a service disruption affecting the ability of some courts' CM/ECF systems to send outgoing Notices of Electronic Filing and Notices of Docket Activity.  NYNB is one of the courts affected.  Please be aware that you may experience a delay in receiving Notices of Electronic Filing and Notices of Docket Activity from NYNB.  The National Support Desk is actively working on resolving the issue.  Further notice will be provided once the service has been restored.
