The amendments to the Bankruptcy Code under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security ("CARES") Act expired on March 27, 2022. The expiration of the Act impacts CM/ECF, Official Forms, Local Forms, and Administrative Orders.
CM/ECF and Local Forms
The following two CM/ECF Dictionary Events and two local forms that correspond to lapsed amendments under the Act have been removed from CM/ECF and the court's website, respectively:
- Notice of Mortgage Forbearance Event and Notice of Mortgage Forbearance Form
- Notice of Mortgage Payment Change Form
- Request for Mortgage Forbearance Conference Event
Administrative Orders
Chief Judge Davis has entered Administrative Orders 2022-01 and 2022-02 that each rescind an earlier CARES Act-related Administrative Order.
