Beginning Tuesday, March 30, 2021, all scheduled motions and conferences before the Hon. Diane Davis, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, will be held telephonically using an AT&T conference line.  The call-in number and access code will be published at the top of the Court's daily public calendar and the Notice of 2021 Motion Dates for Chief Judge Davis, both of which are available on the Court's website.  Evidentiary hearings and trials in the Utica division will be conducted remotely using Zoom for Government.  CourtCall will no longer be utilized.
