The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Monday, December 25, 2023 and Monday, January 1, 2024 in observance of the federal holidays.  In addition, the court will be closed on Friday, December 22, 2023 and Friday, December 29, 2023 pursuant to Administrative Order 23-01.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closures.
