The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of the federal holiday.  The court will also be closed on Monday, July 6, 2026, pursuant to Administrative Order 26-02.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closures.  In addition, drop boxes are available at the courthouses for filing on July 6, 2026.
