Planned maintenance on the National Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Operating System is scheduled for Monday, July 31, 2023 from 8:55 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.  During this time, PACER users and Next Generation (NextGen) CM/ECF e-filers may experience intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
