The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of the federal holidays.  In addition, the court will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, Friday, December 26, 2025, and Friday, January 2, 2026.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closures.  The drop boxes in the courthouse lobbies will remain available for filing documents on December 26, 2025, and January 2, 2026.
