The Albany Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office counter will be closed December 17, 2020 due to the impending storm.  Staff, who will work remotely, will be available by telephone and e-mail to support the public and Court operations.  CM/ECF and PACER access will be unaffected by the closure and the Albany Courthouse lobby will be open and the drop box available for filing from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
