Pro se filers may utilize the drop boxes located in lobbies at the following courthouses: James T. Foley U.S. Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, NY; James M. Hanley U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 100 South Clinton Street, Syracuse, NY; and Alexander Pirnie U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 10 Broad Street, Utica, NY. Paper documents submitted for filing in a drop box must be time-stamped (an electronic time stamp is located at the drop box) and must include the filer’s contact information.
